As both a parent and a business owner, Clarence strives to be the best leader he can. Having opened businesses in 7 different states, and leading hundreds of new entrepreneurs, he is excited about the advancements in coworking, and how this model has finally caught up to the professional landscape of doing business together.
He lives in Chesterton, IN with his family of 5, loves to golf, and play the piano. Always involved in multiple business ventures, he loves to create, and appreciates the ability to witness the growth in himself, encouraged by everyone he gets to mentor.

With her deep passion for education, Kirsten has a unique way of reaching students in any profession. She believes in holding people accountable, and leads by example when something needs to be done. She excels the most when designing new training programs, developing new people, and fashioning new spaces!!
Adding to her 6 successful years in real estate, and a lifetime of coaching other professionals, she has developed a keen eye for business, making her the perfect choice to introduce this style of coworking to the Region. Never afraid to embrace something new, she actively pursues ways to improve management and leadership skills that fit into our current, and ever changing style of doing business.
A resident of DeMotte, IN, with an active family in the farming industry, she is not easily intimidated, and extremely comfortable in any room handling big business.
